ust moved in Loudoun county from fairfax. At first, we had no idea about decal but staffs here helped us with nice smile. Partial DMV dept. decal & Tax all in one stop. Loved it!!

Had to get a plumbing permit to work on my water line, ended up getting sick and couldn't do it, so the company I hired had to get one. They refuse to give me a refund for my permit even though I was told if I wrote a letter they would refund it. I've written 2 letters and called, they say it cost the county more in admin fees so they won't refund it.
They said they don't accept inspection by phone, yet i called them week and i was able to do it by phone?
