We were told it could take 6-12 weeks to get our furniture manufactured and delivered. That seemed like a reasonable time frame as we ordered Smith Brothers furniture with electrically powered parts. When the furniture showed up the leather chair had huge scratch marks across the front of it and the power cables had been ripped off the chair.

They apparently fix it at their warehouse, they bring it back a week later and the power cables look good except they did not bring the power converter they took with them so of course it does not work. They also did not assemble it correctly, my wife and I had to fix it once they left and we realized it was wobbly.

The store was great, but I did get the feeling the sales associate was pressuring to buy now and less interested in what I was needing

They send us a power converter but of course it is the wrong model. I send them an email giving them the exact model number. They ship a new power converter but send it to the wrong address so two weeks go by before I start asking where it is. They say, “oh we shipped it, see here is the tracking information”. I call UPS and they say it was shipped to 2130, I live at 21305 there is no 2130 so the UPS guy delivers it to 21300. At this point I am pretty pissed off. I email them asking how are they able to screw up every single aspect of what they do. How could they send my jacked-up furniture and the wrong power supply the correct address but the correct power supply to the wrong address.

I had a great experience with a sofa we ordered from Wolf Furniture. Our salesman, Evan, was very responsive and helpful. The delivery team was also fantastic.

I spent seven months dealing with Wolf, and I was just trying to buy furniture. . They will work to correct their mistakes but why go through all of this? Buy furniture from someone who gets it right the first time.

The sofa had huge gaps between the sections and between the arm rest and the back cushion. The delivery guys could not assemble it correctly, I had to do it after they left. I showed the photos to the sales men at Wolf and they could not believe any of the photos. Some said, “I hope you sent it back”, others said “hopefully you kept it so it can get repaired”. We kept it, a repair guy showed up and took photos. Wolf took all of it back and had it remade.

Now it is August and the remade pieces show up. Everything appears okay but as the guys are trying to figure out how to assemble it I insist they flip it over so I can inspect the electrical cables. Sure enough they are frayed down to the exposed copper. They take the bad section back to Wolf yet again.

Very friendly service. Kid friendly as well with race car strollers and small kids play area inside

I went there with a friend looking for a new couch right before Memorial Day. I had no intention of buying one, but I worked with Patrick who found me a good deal. I was waiting to hear about some financing that I applied for. In the mean time I received the sale flyer in the mail. I went & changed my order. The transaction went smoothly. I waited almost 2 months for delivery. After the guys set up my couch & left I noticed that the back where the recliner is was not even with the rest of the couch & the back panel was also off center. I contacted the co & that took another few weeks for them to come out & check out the couch. I was told it would take another 3 to 6 weeks for the part to come on. It over 2 months for the part. After it was installed the problem still existed. I was told rather than replacing the piece they would replace the mechanical part. After more weeks of waiting & was repaired again I STILL have the same problem. I spent a lot of money for this lazy Boy sectional. The staff was very friendly & helpful, however after this experience I will no longer purchase furniture from Wolf Furniture.

Complete and utter incompetence. We bought a couch and a chair in February and Wolf furniture continued to make mistakes up into September. Finally, we are done dealing with this ludicrous company. First, I will say that everyone we dealt with was very polite, and their show room was very nice. That is the only two nice things I have to say. The rest of everything they do is terrible.
