Would probably give on site 3*, but I was at another site trying to call Leesburg. The employee, a rep, and myself each called 3 different extensions and NO ONE would answer. This is after (no exaggeration) over 25 minutes of being on hold and rolling to the hub. After driving over 35 miles to pick up the product, waited another several minutes. I asked to speak to the MOD and it took a page and two employees to do find a reasonable facsimile of a manager. Young, very nice, obviously inexperienced, who offered a very weak, all be it sincere, "I'm sorry." I never raised my voice, I didn't curse. But good grief! Answer the phone.
With today being the release of the iPhone X, I got to this location 3 hours early. I began standing outside shortly thereafter. Workers coming in for the day said hi and knew what I was there for. When the store opened, I get to the counter and am told that they have none in stock.
This location offers a wide selection across its numerous appliance sections. Its video game stock focuses on current-gen. Some newly-released titles may sell out quickly which relates to shortage of stock. At the same time, I did notice some items wrongly priced. However, the store does well overall.
First of all, how about you be courteous and come outside to tell me that you don’t have any in stock. When I questioned the manager she said oh we didn’t know you were out there. Then the loss prevention person decided to provide input. If I waned your opinion I would have asked you instead of the manager.
According to the manager, the store did no promotional advertising for the X and tried to justify their lack of courtesy with that reason. At the end of the day advertising does not justify you being a decent human being and knowing that with today’s launch 99% of the people outside are there for the phone. Way to screw your customers BB!
By the way, the computer crashed within 24 hours and made another 100 mile round trip journey to pick up another.
The store layout is nice and they offer price matching, which means you can get the great deals you find online without waiting for shipping.
